Aroma: Restaurant Consulting Series

Houston Black Restaurant Week and the Greater Houston Black Chamber will host a panel of restaurant industry and business leaders to share their knowledge about entering the franchise restaurant business. Experts will offer advice on ways to get started in the industry, raising capital, and managing a successful business operation. All while enjoying a three course meal at Live Oak Bar & Grill.

First Course

Blackened Shrimp Salad: Blackened shrimp on a bed of spring mix with shaved almonds, crumbled feta, sliced strawberries and strawberry vinaigrette dressing

 

Main Course

Herb Crusted Chicken: Herb crusted pan seared chicken breast on top of thyme and garlic seasoning fingerling potatoes and fresh sauteed green beans

 

Dessert

Cinnamon and Sugar Crusted Peach Cobbler with a bourbon caramel drizzle
